God's Christmas Gift
On December 29, 2022, I prayed to God to help me reconnect to my inner light, to renew my sense of child like wonder.
At 5 am the next morning, I was startled awake, reached for the jounal on my nightstand, and wrote this story. The words flowed as a gift from God, through my heart and pen, and onto the paper, the little girl came to life.
